Guest Rooms

Inn rooms have a casual décor highlighted with custom quilts, coastal colors, hard wood floors and traditional Maine coast furnishings. All Inn rooms have a private bath and ocean view. To maximize your relaxation, Inn rooms are equipped with no TVs.

Inn Suite: Spacious Inn suites have a separate living room and bedroom. Rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Rooms have a nice sunset view overlooking the water. View rates

Junior Suite: Our most popular accommodation located in the Little Inn building. Rooms are equipped with a television, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Evergreen: This quaint cottage conveniently located to the Maine Inn has everything you need for your Maine coast vacation. Two bedrooms (Queen and twins), 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room and screen porch. View rates

Bayberry: This cozy cottage has everything that you need for your Maine Coast vacation. Two bedrooms (Queen and twins), 1 bathroom, eat in kitchen, living room, gas stove fireplace and screen porch. Located near the tennis courts and walking trails. View rates

Spruce: A favorite among Newagen guests, this newly renovated Maine cottage has a front row seat for the beautiful Maine sunrise. Spruce has one king bedroom, comfortable living room, full kitchen and screen porch with a beautiful ocean view. Starfish Cottage: Located next to Newagen Seaside Inn's property. Walking distance to the Southport Library & Town Landing. Starfish is the classic Maine Coast Cottage nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
